March 12. Found a quiet ridge path with late frost still holding in the shade. The map pin was off by roughly two hundred meters, so the route was adjusted on the spot.
February 27. Tested a pocket light during an evening walk. Useful range was shorter than expected, but the beam color made reading trail markers easier.
